What is Pookie?
Pookie is a mystery pack shop for genuine beauty and fashion. You pick a pack, open it in a branded 3D claw machine, and get one real item from the pack, shipped to your door in the United States.
Is every item really worth the pack price?
Yes. In every pack, the lowest value item is worth at least the pack price at US retail, so you never get less than you paid for. Most items are worth more.
How are the odds decided?
Every item in a pack owns a fixed range of 100,000 tickets, shown on the pack page as an exact percentage. When you open a pack, our server draws one ticket at random with a secure random generator. The claw machine is the reveal, not a game of skill.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. Every item is new and bought from the brand itself or an authorized retailer in the United States. Pookie is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands featured.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is $9.99 per order, free from 3 items or $100 of items. Most orders leave within 10 business days, insured and tracked, and you get the tracking number by email.
Can I return an item?
Packs are final once opened, so items cannot be returned for money. If an item arrives damaged, defective, not what you won or not genuine, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or credit 100% of its value.
What if I don't want my item?
You can swap it for 70% of its retail value in Pookie credit and open another pack. Credit is never cash and cannot be withdrawn.
Who can use Pookie?
Adults 18 and over in the United States.
Is there an app?
An iPhone app is on the way. Your account, vault and credit will be the same on the app and on pookiepack.com.
