How Pookie works

Mystery packs with no losing side: every item is worth at least what you paid, and the odds are public.

1. Pick a pack

Every pack lists all its items, their retail value and their exact chance. The lowest item is always worth at least the pack price.

2. Open it in the claw machine

Each brand has its own 3D claw machine. Steer the claw, press the button, and your item drops into the prize door. The item was drawn on our server when you paid; the claw is the reveal.

3. Keep, ship or swap

Your item waits in your vault, with no rush. Ship it home for $9.99 (free from 3 items or $100), or swap it for 70% of its value in Pookie credit.

4. Delivered, insured and tracked

Most orders leave within 10 business days, insured and tracked. If anything is wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or credit 100% of its value.
